Course Information

Fitness:

- Pre/Post-Natal Yoga [産前/産後のヨガ]: Designed to accompany all stages of pregnancy and post-delivery, this class will keep you fit and flexible. The intensity is tailored to meet the student’s needs while maintaining motivation and support. A great way to connect with other new and moms-to-be in a safe, open environment! (Taught by Keiko)

妊娠中の方向けのヨガ&ピラティスです! 妊娠初期から後期までどのステージでも可能!!

Mommy and Me Yoga [ママとベイビーのヨガ]: For those moms with babies that can support their own heads, this is a fun, bonding workout experience.  The postures use the baby as weight in a safe way to ensure they are being engaged mentally and physically with their moms, while the moms can build strength and flexibility.  A great way to regain or improve your pre-baby fitness level. (Taught by Keiko)

- Ashtanga Yoga: A rigorous, flowing sequence-oriented yoga entailing 31 poses in the Primary Series. All the benefits of physical conditioning as well as moving meditation! (Taught by Ingrid). 

Martial:

- Kung Fu Cubs: Designed for ages 3-6, this class will instill the crucial elements of focus, discipline, and form necessary in any martial (or life) endeavor. (Taught by Alexandra).

- Kenpo Kids: Designed for ages 6 and up (non-adult), this class begins the formal training requirements in Mitchell System American Kenpo Karate. This pragmatic 20th Century system focuses on efficiency and effectiveness of motion, born of influences of Japanese Jiu-Jutsu and Kung Fu. (Taught by Alexandra).

- TaijiquanTraditional Chinese system utilizing slow fluid motion to stimulate the flow of energy within the body; promote relaxation; and improve physical strength, balance, and coordination. Explore the health benefits and martial aspects alike. (Taught by McLaurin).

- Budo TaijutsuTraditional Japanese system comprised of nine complimentary Japanese martial arts, including Nin-jutsu. (Taught by Sullivan).

- American Kenpo Karate:  (Taught by Moon).

- Sparring Class:   (Taught by Lee).
